Motrak Models just came out with a new line of easy to build kits. It's called "Mistie Street Series. These kits will have the retail price between $10.00 to $35.00 in HO scale.

This is the first kit in the Mistie Street Series.

NESM released this kit for what I found on the internet was back in 2002.

This is just a little watch tower that can be placed anywhere on the layout where you have a road / street crossing the railroad tracks.

This kit includes all parts are laser-cut. No stripwood.

This kit can be built in one evening depending on what paint you use.

There are no extra detail parts included.

Structure measurements are: 1-3/8" square and 3-7/16" tall.
